Facilities Condition Assessment Program (FCAP)

UNC Facilities Condition Assessment Team proactively examines all facilities on campus to identify all architectural/engineering systems deficiencies, and plan for their correction based on system life cycles.The information is then used to support future capital planning and establish plans for ongoing asset renewals.
