Project Information: The asphalt built-up roof on this building was installed in 1985. It has reached the end of its expected useful life cycle and needs to be replaced. UNC Design and Construction Guidelines for Employee Fall Protection are provided for easy reference. Scope of Work Remove the existing roof down to the structural deck below and replace the roof with a new built-up modified bitumen roof.
