Project Information:

An outside consulting engineering firms have performed a condition assessment report on the clay tile roof of Swain Hall. Within this report are repair recommendations to extend the useful service life to this roof. The condition assessment report is provided here for reference. Also, UNC Design and Construction Guidelines for Employee Fall Protection are provided for easy reference.

Scope of Work

Provide and implement a design to complete the repair recommendations made in the report by Roof Engineering, Inc. mentioned above.
