Project Information: The work includes the renovation of Rosenau Hall, a 4 story, ±120,000 GSF facility located on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill. The project encompasses the comprehensive renovation and replacement of major building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical lighting, power and communications systems. General construction includes the conversion of wet laboratories to administration, computer labs and educational space. Other miscellaneous architectural upgrades are included to accommodate consolidation of staff, code compliance and space needs of the School of Public Health . These funds will s upplement the existing comprehensive renovation.
