Project Information:

Both Manning and Alumni Halls have cut limestone pediments, columns, window surrounds, detailing, and fenestration. These materials are showing sign of stress and failure. Pieces of material are breaking off, joints are opening up, and individual units are shifting position.

Scope of Work

Prepare a study and condition assessment report of all limestone elements providing observations, testing procedures & results, conclusions, recommendations, and budget estimates for all recommend work.
