Project Information:

This building utilizes a typical domestic services piping system that is more than 55 years old and is in poor condition. Leakage and blockages in the sanitary and domestic water system is occurring. The domestic water system is made of galvanized steel and copper, the sanitary piping is bell and spigot cast iron.

These funds will provide for the complete replacement of the plumbing system during the current renovation. Pricing includes piping replacement and new water closet fixtures.
