Project Information:

This building consists of three separate building/additions which were added over time starting in 1940 . There are a number of egress violations concerning exit corridors, exiting through adjoining spaces, location and separation of exits, dead end corridors, shafts, and door assembly ratings. These code violations were created over time by the adding on of each subsequent addition. The funds requested here would be used to create and implement a plan to correct said code violations. These deficiencies have been strongly urged for correction by the NC Department of Insurance (DOI).
