Project Information: The building is heated by radiators, and is partially cooled by window air conditioners and a small basement DX packaged system. Heating system failures are reportedly common. Provide a fully ducted VAV-reheat system to serve this building, including a ventilation air preconditioning system to exchange enthalpy with building exhaust. Extend CHW piping to the building from the main along the west side in this project. Steam will be available from the replacement of the campus HHW system (within the next few years). Asbestos insulation has reportedly been removed.
