Facilities Condition Assessment by System

UNC Facilities Services proactively examine all facilities on campus to determine what needs to be done to bring them up to current standards. The Facilities Condition Assessment program also tries to anticipate when building systems will require replacement or repair in the future so we can plan our capital expenditures.
